About the GRAdT Programme

AA Consulting and Associate – Graduate Development Training programme, core goal is to train prospective student/candidates to become Accounting and Finance Professionals.
The training is based on Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) Qualification Framework and the, Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) from the ACCA Competency Framework as entry for the Graduate Development Training (GRAdT) Programme.

The GRAdT programme is developed to train the youth, graduates of ICB Technical Accountant (CTF) and the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) qualification, who seek further career development and progression to be trained in ICB Financial Accounting (CFA) and or ACCA level II qualification, to exit with ACCA level II qualification and a Degree. This is upon learners’ enrolment unto the programme over a 24-36 months period.


  • YOU will conduct research in the area of governance, Auditing, taxation and regulatory compliance support process for companies SMME, NGOs, and Private companies.
  • YOU will support Corporate  case reviews, and supporting companies in key developmental research for organizational development within a specific industry
  • Finally YOU will Document your work and project completed, during the period as an entrepreneur for new business development, or corporate case reports etc.
